I’m Anwen Sheppard, a Creative Producer working across international video, photography and motion-led storytelling. I help translate creative ideas into productions that are thoughtful, practical and built to travel across markets and platforms.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across Europe, The Americas, the Middle East and Asia, producing work that ranges from social-first content to global brand campaigns. I’m drawn to projects that balance strong creative direction with careful execution — the point where ideas move from concept into something tangible, collaborative and real.

My work sits at the intersection of creativity and structure. I support projects from early creative development through to production, post-production and final delivery, helping teams shape ideas while ensuring they remain achievable in the real world.

Producing internationally has shaped the way I approach every project. Working across different cultures, teams and production environments has taught me how to adapt quickly, communicate clearly and build trust with both creative and operational teams.
I’ve delivered productions across a wide range of scales — from agile social shoots to complex multi-location campaigns — always balancing creative ambition with practical decision-making.
I’ve worked across productions of many sizes, from lean shoots with four-figure budgets through to large international campaigns exceeding £1 million. This range has shaped my ability to adapt production approaches to suit both creative ambition and practical constraints.
I’m equally comfortable working with small, agile crews or leading larger multi-disciplinary production teams across multiple locations. I enjoy creating collaborative working environments where creatives, clients and production teams feel aligned, supported and confident throughout the production process.
I enjoy the process as much as the outcome, particularly when a production brings together people, ideas and locations in unexpected ways.
